What happened: I need to talk to someone about the excellent care that the people in Dollar tree in Middletown, Pennsylvania saved my friends life
What happened: I cannot get a hold of nobody at the dollar tree store on North Avenue in Kostner. Been trying to call the phone number and it just is not working trying to track my order is not there or saying that it’s been received or someone else.
What happened: I need to return items that were not used or needed for an Anniversary Party. I have the original receipts but they say I have to get something else and exchange it Dollar for dollar, within ** days. I do not need anything. Why can’t they do money back to my card or a credit? *This makes me not want to shop at your store!
What happened: Extremely rude employee. I was putting bar on checkout belt to divide my order from customer behind me. She said “No!”and grabbed it out of my hand, never looking up at me. I did not I understand why as she ga e no explanation. While checking out my items she then started to pick up the customers items behind me and said is this yours? I said “no, that is why I was putting the bar in the belt”. She said nothing and checkout was completed. Very rude! So unlike Al my other frequent visits to Dollar Generals. I usually shop at Grayslake IL store which are the friendliest employees. This employee at the Gurnee location will prevent me from shopping there again when I am in that area, I will go to Walmart instead across the street.
